Short Biography
“Rooted in Service, Elevated in Leadership, Focused in Growth and Efficiency.”
Summary
Since 2004, I’ve had the lifelong honor of serving as an *AamilSaheb and President of Anjumans* in various cities—a journey rooted deeply in *servant leadership.* Through this role, I’ve been blessed to lead transformative community efforts, including the construction of *Masajid, Madrasas, Qabrastaan (cemeteries), Darul Imarat (pastors’ residences), Markaz (community centers), and Moallim housing.* These initiatives weren’t just about infrastructure—they were about building identity, connection, and lasting impact.
That same ethos of servant leadership continues to guide my professional path. As the *Chief Efficiency Officer at Exordium Networks,* I bring a people-first, systems-driven mindset to our operations across the U.S., India, and Pakistan. With an *MBA in Statistics*, I focus on aligning strategy with execution, streamlining workflows, and empowering teams to work smarter and more collaboratively. I’ve also contributed to cross-functional initiatives such as *Senior Living in a Box*—a bundled solution that supports the senior care industry through integrated IT, billing, and compliance services.
