“I was just setting up a call center…” — That’s how it all began for our founder and CEO, MK.

While working as a consultant at a call center, MK crossed paths with Steven Vick, who introduced him to the world of VOIP. At the time, senior living communities lacked this technology—but MK saw the gap, the potential, and the impact. That moment of insight turned into action. The idea? Bring smart communication tech to senior care. The result? Exordium Networks.
